LOL KL is full of traffic jams, malls and high rise buildings XD
Though if you -really- want an anime fix, I can assure you, every mall has some manga/anime outlet of some sort XD In some places like Sunway, there's a whole floor dedicated to the Harajuku and manga lifestyle haha
